As well as the two extensively stocked fishing ponds at Hua Hin Fishing Lodge there are also opportunities to explore some local, and often lesser-known, fishing locations.
From September 2008, we can arrange fishing trips to other local lakes, dams and fishing parks, some using our own boat ‘Pla Yai Mee Tee Nai?’ accompanied by a local guide and fishing expert. Tackle and Bait also provided.
We also have reciprocal arrangements with local sea fishing operators and freshwater fishing locations across Thailand.
These may be subject to seasonal limits, Government permits and transportation booking. Please inform us of your fishing requirements and we will do our utmost to tailor a fishing visit to Hua Hin and surrounding area.

Day Trips to 'PALM TREE LAGOON' – Available NOW
At Hua Hin Fishing Lodge and also via Hua Hin Fishing Tours we get many enquiries about ‘Palm Tree Lagoon’ supposedly in Hua Hin.
First of all – Hua Hin Fishing Lodge is NOT ‘Palm Tree Lagoon’.
Secondly – ‘Palm Tree Lagoon’ is NOT in Hua Hin – it is approximately 120Km NORTH of Hua Hin and about a 1 ˝ hour drive away.
It IS a fishing park with simply HUGE fish made famous by a UK TV programme. However, the location is not as romantic as it sounds and the facilities there are somewhat limited.
Hua Hin Fishing Lodge and Hua Hin Fishing Tours have secured an arrangement with the owner of the facility to fish this lake at a very competitive cost, when compared to the international tours that feature this location.
We can offer a full day trip for up to 9 persons including:-
Pick up and return transportation to and from your accommodation
Provision of all tackle
Use of Hua Hin Fishing Lodge guide / baitman
Thai lunch & soft drinks (Alcohol extra at cost when there).
Swims can be prebaited for 4 days prior to the visit provided notice is given.
